Right Mouse button problem (Windows 10)

Hi Guys,

When I hold down the right mouse button it would sometimes randomly release. This happens pretty much every 2 clicks. I have tried a different mouse and I am getting the same problem. Any way to fix this?

is it in all programs or just specific ones?
