Hello!

Long story short, the right side of my monitor is kinda weird everytime i move my cursor to the right side of my monitor, It randomly freezes and i cant click anything. I tried resetting my computer (twice now) i really dont know what to do since i dont know what i should search up for a fix.
Please help me this is a major thing for me. it's not only in programms Its everywhere: Desktop, Games, Applications, Videos just everywhere.

Do you have origin installed? https://superuser.com/questions/1127832/invisible-always-on-top-window-on-bottom-right-of-screen-windows-10-anniversa

Try setting PC up in a clean boot and see if it still happens
Carefully read instructions and make sure NOT to disable any Microsoft Services or PC won't boot right
https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/help/929135/how-to-perform-a-clean-boot-in-windows

it sounds like there is some sort of overlay on right side interfering with normal desktop activity. Clean boot should remove it as it only runs Windows services at startup. If it does, slowly restart all the start up programs, slowly, over a number of startups to find the cause

what version of win 10 are you on?
right click start
choose run...
type winver and press enter

i dont have origin installed.

and im running Version 1803 Windows 10 Pro

I did the Clean Boot up so its still there, but i can move my mouse further now to the right without being frozen so its only the cursor thats visible.

What are specs of the PC?

wonder if its the action centre playing up, i thought it was meant to come out if you dragged mouse to far right side of screen but it doesn't on my PC. win key + A should reveal it

So clean boot sort of fixes it?
try booting into safe mode
right click start
choose settings
choose update & security/recovery
under advanced startup, click restart PC now
choose troubleshoot
choose advanced
choose start up options
hit the restart button
choose a safe mode (it doesn't matter which) by using number associated with it.
PC will restart and load safe mode

Does it still happen here?

is there any way to delete the action center/ notification center

pc specs:

Graphics Card: Geforce GTX 1060 6GB

Memory: 4 GB DDR3 Ram

Motherboard: LMT 78 mb 3 r2

Processor: AMD Fx 8350 (tm) 8 eight core processor

trying the Safe Start later, my thinking is that its the center because its only happening on the area of the notification center

try safe mode 1st, if it still happens it could well be the action centre

the only way to do it in Windows 10 Home is via editing the registry
Back up registry 1st so if you make any mistakes you can roll back changes - https://www.thewindowsclub.com/backup-and-restore-registry-windows
See here how to edit registry to disable action centre - https://www.groovypost.com/howto/disable-action-center-windows-10/

If you have Win 10 Pro you can use Group Policy to disable it, that is also shown in my previous link.
