[SOLVED] Rigid PCI-E riser that rotates the slot down the motherboard?

Hi all,

I've found plenty of ribbons that can do any direction and I've found plenty of rigid risers for flopping the GPU on it's side so you can see the fans, but is there one that actually rotates the orientation of the card? I keep searching online but I think I may be using the wrong terms because all I find are the same things and mining rig frames.

Artistic interpretation

Alternatively, a bracket that would provide the rigidity I want so that a ribbon can be used to do such a rotation is fine as well, but whenever I search for GPU bracket / brace / mount / support I just get sag bars.
