Rinter says there is a paper jam and there isnt

Hello,i have epson stlyus photo ox700W the message reads paper jammed and i have tried all the options with no luck. i think it happened after i had cjanged one of the ink cartridges. it is only about 13 months old

Well if you tried "all" the options there is nothing left for anyone else to try. What did you check/do?

check the linear encoder is in its correct position. common issue that they pop out of place when people remove paper jams in that model.
