In the documentation included in the zip file it says " Requirements Your keyboard MUST have firmware V2.9 or later. To upgrade your firmware, use this utility. "
But cant find the utility.
Contacted Riotoro and they are giving me bot answers only.
Theres high chance that no one heard of this keyboard on here, but i want to try my luck.

Perhaps in an older version of the zip file or perhaps in the zip file for another model of their keyboards.

Also, look in your past backups etc. You may have a copy of the zip file or even the utility somewhere.

Try looking in Device Manager.

Under Keyboards, right click your keyboard and select Properties.

Select the Details tab and then just below that you should see "Property".

Check the listings: e.g., Hardware Ids.

See if you find a listing that matches "V2.9" in format or some similar manner.

Riotoro software suite - most likely is the utility.
Yea, but theres no update tool in it or firmware info.

Their download page sucks, also in device manager i see it as HID Keyboard device, theres no driver on their page or tru windows update, so in hardware ids tab theres nothing interesting.

After some additional googling around for reviews etc. regarding the keyboard it appears that there may be good reason for the keyboard being "on sale".

Support is often dropped for products being discontinued (for whatever reasons) especially if there are issues.

Are you willing to forego the RGB options in favor of the "good feel".

If not, are you able to return the keyboard?
