Does anybody know the timings to be used @ 4000 MHZ? Is this feasible? I have them at 3800 MHZ with an Auros Master and a 9900k. I can give the current timings and voltage if you need them. I used the XMP and just upped the voltage basically.

For 4000MHz OC try 18-20-20-40 1.36V set command rate to auto.

I am overclocking my TridentZ 3600MHz to 4000MHz using the above timings and Voltage. However, if i set it to command rate 1, it won't post. If i set it to auto, it will post and run at the 4000MHz speed.

You can also try 3733MHz by using 16-16-16-38 1.36V. Command rate 1 or 2 worked for me.

Every time I try to get it to 4000 MHZ my computer doesn't want to go to the Auros Master BIOS F12 screen and I have to reset the bios. Is RAM scarier to OC than a CPU? I have it @ 1.41V for 3800MHZ currently @ 16 -18-18-38. All the same memory brand and type.
