Hello,

I'm planning to build a Ryzen 5000 PC and can't seem to decide between the memory. Motherboard ASUS AM4 TUF Gaming X570-Plus (Wi-Fi).

Got these two options:

Timings, latency and speeds seem to be the same however the price diffrence doesnt seems reasonable for some RGB stuff (I dont mind the looks).

Let me know if there is any point in overpaying for the Neo as it states being "for AMD" or should I just go with the cheaper option and do the timings myself. Also let me know if there are some better options than these two.

Thank you.

Personally, if you don't want RGB in your build, that's commendable!!! If you're focusing on function rather than form, that's equally appreciated.

That being said, you should do what you want to do, in terms of form(aesthetics) or function. Either kit will work out of the box, but where it counts, you save some dough and allocate it towards something else in your build or just have more pizza :D
