Last time I used my ATM card on-line was 3? months ago. I bought
Evil Genius by selecting the vendor. I used www.price.com/ to
select www.gogamer.com.

One of them sold my credit card info and sold it to
www.Wli*reservationrewards.com. Phone number 1-800-732-7031

Goggle search of how many people they ripped off:
http://badbusinessbureau.com/reports/ripoff84829.htm

So if you are going to buy something off of Price.com or
GoGamer.com be prepared to change your ATM card, checking account,
and order new checks.

And just so you know it's not a troll my real name and addy is

I have used Gogamer for a couple of years with no problem. It must
have been the other company. Also, you should never use your ATM for
anything on the Internet. If you get ripped off, you have no recourse.
With a credit card, you can dispute charges and are not liable for
bogus charges as long as you report it in a timely manner.

Go Gamer is fine. You were an idiot to have given the ATM card info to a price search
website.

I don't believe you, so why don't you post your SSN and your mothers maiden
name here too.

I might believe you more if you gave that info.

There are alot of possibilities there. Here are a few..

A) most stolen account numbers are from local purchases like food or gas
where the receipt or carbon isnt destroyed

B) its very easy to "phish" accounts by getting people to give it up
voluntarily to a fake site. Go to a site, right-click, save the page, set
it up somewhere, edit it to a really cheap price then wait for the
shopping search engines to pick it up

C) online actions which are transmitted in raw text can be sniffed by any
machine on the network at either end or any machine in the path along the
line (do a traceroute to see how many networks that is, usually about
25). Many people know why SSH is used instead of Telnet but dont consider
everything else they do on the net.

I ALWAYS recommend that people get a cheapo credit card with something
like a $200 limit to use for online purchases. NEVER anything that ties
into everything you have in the bank.
