Ripping ISO to hard drive?

I have few disk that have OS and software on them. I'm wanting to create an ISO of them to my hard drive. So I am able to install it on VMware on my server. I have used IMG Burn before in the past. But when I download it and try to install on my computer. My anti-virus detects malware/virus in it and ends up removing the program and the malware/viruses. Is their any other software out there to do it? Without virus/malware. It's also nice to have the iso anyways in case you loose the disk.

If you get imgburn from the developers site it's safe , I use it all the time.

ive always used ultraiso it lets you mount them as well, right-click on an iso then mount very easy to use (paid for software) ive used imageburn etc in the past but i prefer this software even though i had to pay for it
