Rise of Nations question

In the tutorial for Rise of Nations, it tells you you need to use the
"Airstrike" command, but I can't find anywhere where this command is
available. If someone can tell me how to do this, I'd appreciate it.

IIRC:

- Select the airbase.

1. One of the buttons at the bottom of the panel is an airstrike command -
you can hover your mouse over it.

2. You can simply right-click on a target.

3. You can select the garrisoned aircraft, and right click on a target -
this causes the selected units to attack.
