Rise of the tomb raider issue

hello, i just downloaded Rise Of The Tomb Raider on steam and i tried on both my gaming monitor 1440p/144hz and my 4k tv and both have bad fps drop i cleaned install latest nvidia drive and did all the troubleshooting and still the same :S any fix ?

my specs,
sli gtx 980ti gigabyte windforce & evga SC ( not overclocked )
i7 3960x not overclocked
asus rampage iv latest bios
4x8gb 2400mhz ram
Evga Supernova 1500
custom cooling for cpu
i game on Asus rog swift gsync 144hz

I game on sony 4k tv XBR-65X900A

Did you change the games resolution to your monitor/TV? And by drop, by how much?

i did change the resolution to my tv or my monitor and drop is too much i get 20fps to 25 fps on loading screen i hit 200+ and benchmark i get like 50fps + but when am inside the game it drops to 20 fps :S

sorry about that, dx12 setting was checked on so i had to uncheck it and it gave me my sli performance back and all is good,

dx12 setting is only good for single card use
