Rise of Tomb Raider Stutter with gtx 1070

soo i got a gtx 1070 temporarily and tried to play rise of tomb raider it works great in high settings but in maximum it stutters at cut scene... wtf .. i have 8gb ram ppl told that 8gb is enough for this game.. and it uses only 7gb soo that must not be a problem.. i have i7 3770 cpu and game running on SSD drive.

It's in "system" or computer properties. You can see your OS type, CPU, installed RAM and usable RAM.

soo its as the title says i get stuttering in cutscenes.. but after reducing the graphics option to high works good but i dont wanna play with high settings on a gtx 1070 ... also should i upgrade my ram or is it enough ?? btw i can get a ddr3 ram only also my cpu is i7 3770
