So let me explain my problem ... when the riser card is connected with the graphics card(GTX 680 SOC 2gb) to the motherboard of my HP ProDesk 600 G1 pc I cant access the bios until I load into windows ... up until then my monitor does not receive signal.
Second problem is that every software in my PC recognizes the graphics card, even in the device manager it is visible and installed but when i click to open the nvidia settings ... it just gives me the error that i am not using a display adapter from nvidia.
Usually when you install drivers from nvidia it tells you if you have or not compatibility with the said drivers.
Also the graphics card is attached with a riser card and is powered due to its size and power requirements and beside its huge in comparison with this tower pc(the g card has 30cm so it does not fit in the slot because it is way above).
With the riser card(1x to 16x) I can only put it into the small pcie slot not the big one.
Weirdly enough my OBS or Mirillis Action! both sees the nvenc encoder from the above graphics card, my problem is how come its own software does not see it as installed and ready to be used.

Can this be a Bios problem as in wrong settings or I have some other software not installed ... or drivers ... I used Driver Booster for every other component from pc except the nvidia drivers.

It is a new fresh windows 10 pro installation.

Hmmm I have found this Riser PCI-Express / Extender would this work including an adapter for the monitor to the graphics card because this one does not have like the pc`s motherboard.
Would this option work? Of course i would power the graphics card externally because ... the power supply inside the pc wont cut it since its a very low one.

The only solution I found without moding and all that :)) ... is to get an msi gtx 750 ti 2gb ddr5 which has low profile bracket to and after all the research I did its the best g card that the system can uphold without ... needing a psu upgrade.
