Pros:
Good D3D Performance. (it would be better with directx7 or directx8.1 final)
Great OpenGL Performance.
Outperforms the GeForce 2 MX. (even with those issues)
Outstanding Visuals.
DVD Hardware Decoding.
Excellent Price.

Cons:
Questionable Developer Support for Full KII Capabilities.
(yap kyro could be a lot better a LOT if developers spend more time with her, but even without developers time, it is a great card)

TV out would be a Definite Plus.
(there will be a hercules with tv out in the future)
also hercules 4500 with 32 mbs, they will be close to 80 US$...

my remarks are in italic...

$140 for kyro II and MX400 is like 70 dollars. Yeah kyro II is a budget video card. *snickers*

I saw a MX400 64 megger for 69 bucks. :D
Also, the MX series goes all the way down to 45 bucks.

Also, that cheap price for Kyro 2 is because its OEM. If you haven't notice something about me... I do not like OEMs. personal opinion about OEMs. I think I saw the kyro II for 140 retail, thats about the same as the MSI gf2 pro retail.

kyro 2 is good yes but then again so is the geforce 2 and the radeon... we dont use the cards to their full potential usually... anything over 100 fps makes no difference and as most people run games at 1024 x 800 (i have no clue why) all the cards are good enough so concentrate on price...
