RivaTuner nor Ntunes cannot detect Clock Speeds

Currently I Just installed RivaTuner verison 2.09 and to try and OC my GPU but the problem is that it will not detect my clock speeds.

What I tried:
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling RivaTuner.
I have uninstalled the Nvidia drivers for my GPU and reinstalled them. (Currently using latest version 177.19)
Also I tried to install nTunes to see if that works (I know bad idea) and surprisingly that program as well cannot detect clock speeds. Nvidia moniter or any program I use can't detect them. Though it detects my temp and card.

Running Windows Vista 32-Bit with a EVGA 8800GTS 640MB. I OC'ed before on the same setup except reformatted the drive when I switched to RAID.

When uninstalling the driver did you use the nvidia built in uninstaller or driver cleaner ?
If not you could try driver cleaner.

I would bet you have a driver problem.

I had the same problem. You need to download Riva Tuner 2.20. Worked right away and searched for all my GPU drivers and ta da!
