rj 45 to micro usb

Just physically converting it will not work since USB and ethernet are completely different protocols. Now if your goal is to use ethernet cable for some strange USB extension cable maybe that will work.

If this was a PC you might be able get a ethernet card that connects via microusb. Problem with android stuff is it is locked down to tightly in many cases. It would have to have a device driver already built in because you seldom can load stuff like that into android unless you have root access

It could work, depending on USB-to-Ethernet adapter. I suppose OP got OTG USB cable, and plugged an USB-to-Ethernet adapter into it. If the drivers for that adapter happen to be into the Android kernel, it could work.

@Mahbub1 - too many "ifs...". Get an access point (or router which can be configured in AP mode), plug it into your Ethernet cable, and configure it so that you can access it from your Android.
