RJ11 to RJ45 directly to desktop?

Hey guys,
So I used to have the router next to myou desktop and used the ports to get Internet but when I had some issues with the ADSL the ISP moved it to another room. Now I can only get signal by Wi-Fi but it's pretty weak. I have a standard RJ11 outlet near my desktop. And my question was if I could use a RJ11 TO RJ45 and plug it on my pc to get Internet via cable.

No. You still need the router to convert. You could try moving the router back to where it was.
