Question RJ14 cable is straight wired but all we can find around here is reverse wired, is this normal?

Like the title says we need to replace the wire that comes from our wall jack to our modem right now it is a RJ14 straight wired cable but all we can find are reverse wire cables. Is our system just wired strangely? I can't seem to find a straight RJ14 wire anywhere.

First you are talking about a telephone wire and not a network cable on a computer ?

You are going to have explain more clearly since telephone cables almost always have both ends of the cable with the same wires
