Hey guys, sorry for my beginner mistakes but can someone explain it to me. I have bought a CAT6 cable and CAT6 connectors, but my network cable does not fit in that RJ45 CAT6 connector, am I doing something wrong here I thought CAT6 cable can normally be ended with a RJ45 connector like CAT5 cable... But I have seen that CAT6 little cables are much wider than the ones in CAT5.

Solution
That is a shielded cable. The shielding makes the cables thicker and harder to deal with. Very technically you need special RJ45 ends to connect to the cable so the shielding will work. Pretty much the shielding just makes things a huge pain and is useless for a home installation.

What you will have to do it remove the foil from the wires before you insert them into the plug. That will allow them to make electrical contact. The tricky part is you should also get the outer jacket crimped into the back of the plug to prevent you from being able to pull it out. With some messing around you can pull the outer jack back remove the foil and let the jacket slide forward. There may also be a extra bare wire in the cable you need...
What cable did you actually buy. If you are using any form of flat cable that is all fake cable. The wires are smaller than the minimum allowed size which automatically disqualification it from meeting the standards required for ethernet cable. It also uses a different rj45 end that supports the smaller wire size.

It says ethernet CAT6 cable... Looks legit only that it has wider cables

Problem is the term "cat6" actually means nothing. The actual ethernet standards are based on standard like EIA/TIA. This is why you see much fake cable being sold.

What does it say on the cable for the wire size. Most is AWG 23 but 22-24 is allowed. Most flat cable is 31 which is way too small. The cable must also be pure copper and not CCA cable. Does the cable have what looks like aluminum foil around the connectors. That is shielded cable. It should still fit in standard connectors but if you want to actually use the shield you need special ones that have a metal shell.

UC400 screen 23 category 6 U/FTP this is what it's written on cable.
Its probably AWG23 but all of the connectors which are named as CAT6 RJ45 connectors had AWG24(i think so) cuts

The main difference other than the metal shell on shield RJ45 plugs is that the gap in the back of the plug is larger.
