I failed to explain it correctly.

Comcast provides us with Hi Speed internet, TV & Phone and uses Cisco Model DPC3939 Wireless WiFi Modem with a MoCA feature in it. Because one area in the house does not easily connect with the wireless feature I thought maybe I could use the coax line that normally provides TV maybe I could use it as an ethernet line. By using the RJ45 cable to the F connect and the opposite on the other end I believe this could be done. Is my reasoning ok.
 
Solution
You are trying to transmit network over coax from your primary router to a remote location. At the remote location, you use the adapter I linked to provide the network connection.
