should I use the two ports of rj11? How to do this?

It is not as simple as just converting from one plug type to another. In almost all cases these use different ports because they are not running the same things. Generally rj45 is a ethernet port and rj11 is a telephone port. You can if you work at make cables that have rj45 on one end and rj11 on the other but a telephone and a computer a completely different devices so its not like you are going to get it to work that simply.

I am going to guess the old computer has a old dialup phone modem in it if it has rj11. Even if it was ethernet it is completely non standard and you would have to look in the documentation for that machine and see how you connect it.
