RJTech RJ200BK only works when pwr button is spammed

I have an RJTech RJ200BK DVD player and all of the sudden it stopped working. The only time that it will work is when I keep spamming the power button many times to make it work. Can anybody tell me what the heck is wrong with it?

Could be the switch, could be the power board, could be the system board... If anyone can pinpoint it without troubleshooting I'll donate $1 to United way in their name.
