RMA Graphics card, will it cost anything?

Hi recently my R9 290 Graphics card from XFX became faulty after 5 months. Because I have to ship it from Canada to the States does that mean I have to pay a hefty customs tax?

Hello, No, the customs fees entering into the country for us will be free (make sure you mark it as a warranty/repair)

The replacement card will also be marked as warranty/repair. That way we can avoid customs fees as per the rules.
