Nextel's 'roaming' has long been easy to understand because of how they work
the market areas. Free long-distance=free 'roaming.' I noticed on the
website that they're bragging about some groups of plans having no roaming,
even one that doesn't have long distance. Is this something to be worried
about? Are they changing their policy insomuch that I can't count on not
being charged extra for leaving state? I hope this is just some marketing
gimmick being used to woo the sorority sisters.
