Question Roblox Lagging, any suggestions?

Hi bought my son a gaming PC off eBay and he has been trying to play Roblox but very laggy even with graphics put down to lowest.

I have tried a few fixes that I have seen online but none have worked.

I have done broadband speed test and came back as 110mb download.

Computer specs...

Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 2400G with Radeon Vega Graphics 3.60 GHz

Installed RAM: 8.00GB (6.93GB useable)

System type: 64-bit operating system , x64-based processor

I only have based knowledge of computers, any advice would be appreciated!
