Roccat kave 5.1 jack query

ive recently received a pair of roccat kave headset. it uses 5 connectors. usb, pink, green, black and orange. So as you can see, a 5.1 surround sound card is required. Upon purchasing my pc i had selected the on board 7.1 sound option. However i only have 3 jacks on the rear. green pink and blue. i do have a mic and headphone jack at the front which arent coloured

i was wondering if i have to purchase a 5.1 surround sound card to use the headset or is there something else that i can do.

case: zalman z9
os: windows 7 home premium 64bit

I have this headset and I am going to be investing in a sound card. Looking at your motherboard you probably will need a sound card to get the best out of the headset. But remember, a sound card is an excellent investment! Visuals are only half the experience.
