I learn a lot about new topics by reading reviews like these. I didn't understand the importance of audio frequency as it relates to human hearing a few years ago. The detail and nuance that this article goes into goes a long way to piecing together that puzzle.
Good review otherwise. I appreciate how you recommend to Roccat that they reduce their pricing to be more reasonable. The Roccat marketing team would be wise to at least consider it.

The interesting part of this price thing is, that also people from inside Roccat are not so lucky with their own sales about the price. But everybody has to make his own experience.

It's certainly odd to see 'gaming' headsets with the High-Res Audio tags.

This Hi-Res Audio label is more or less a fake and not comparable to High-Resolution Audio.
It's a Sony markting gimmick, that can be bought - nothing else.

Yeah, somehow I didn't think they were as good as my HD 600s or HD 650s which also have that label. :lol:
