Roccat Kova Optical Mouse Good?

Solution
That's all irrelevant. From a scientific standpoint, everything those that think it matters say, actually is false. You'll build up muscle memory regardless what you get. You'll even see people say that software mouse acceleration such as in CS:GO, is a bad thing, they're clueless... The only limiting factor which may or may not affect your ability to get better, is your displays input lag.
I see the Roccat brand every now and then. Are they good or at least decent?

I have read that this mouse has acceleration. Is it really that bad? If it is, why do so many mice have it?

I don't really like the passive look of the deathadder chroma.

Ok thanks for your help!

"ou'll even see people say that software mouse acceleration such as in CS:GO, is a bad thing, they're clueless...", guess who is the clueless one, how many pros have you seen play with accelerated mouse? Have you seen the difference? Do you know how huge the jump was from an entry level A4 Tech to a Zowie with the best sensor and switches out there?

^ Doesn't mean anything. Pro's buy gaming mice only to go below the spec of a standard 800 125 mouse. The only advantage then is "tracking", and the fact that when moving the mouse quickly, it won't skip and end up in a random place. I'm by no means clueless bud. Those that buy a gaming mouse which a pro is using, are definitely the same people that think response time is input lag, and that buying a better monitor is going to make them a better player...

Yes, but if you play 10 hours/day, anything is good. Any pro player would be able to pick up an office mouse and still perform well, as long as they're not pros which constantly die because they can't turn around fast enough, those will suffer. My point is, muscle memory > specs. You don't see pro players with old mice, even if they like them, because they're bound by contracts.
