Roccat Mouse Problem

I recently bought a Roccat Kone pure laser mouse, and I am having an issue where when I turn on the computer, the mouse cursor will not move and I cannot left or right click unless I unplug the mouse and plug it back in. The lights on the mouse are on so I know that it still works. This happens whether I have the specific mouse driver installed or not. Any suggestions?

Update: I was able to fix the problem by uninstalling SteelSeries Engine and Logitech Gaming Software.
