Question Rockstar Games Launcher crash when open GTA V ?

I had this problem before and I uninstalled the game for a while with the hope that Rockstar Games will fix this problem.
have tried to verify the game data through steam , I have also tried to delete the Rockstar Luncher and download it manually and yes I reinstalled the game like 3 times and nothing happened.
