ROG 1070 Ti confusion

Hi guys, so I was about to buy ASUS Strix ROG 1070 Ti...but I bumped into something interesting here...there are 2 completely same specs gpu..both ROG strix rgb and everything...one difference is one number in product code...and other is the price...one is like 640 euro and other is 700..(90YV0BI1-M0NA00 / 90YV0BI0-M0NA00) the number on first part of code is different, the one with 0 at the end is more expensive...you know something about this guys ? I'm rly confused and dont wanna buy some faulty series..they probably arent but hey...just wanna get some info. Thx in advance

Oh...OC clock speeds...I guess I was looking at wrong place...and wrong info on store site I was looking at...as usual. Thanks
