Question ROG Laptop underglow LEDs not working ?

ROG laptop's bottom panel LEDs not working, All the necessary drivers are installed and upto date. Tried updating BIOS and Windows reinstall/reset but none of them helped. Apparently it seems to have two LED controller board on corner and both of them not working, could it be hardware failure or firmware issue? Does anyone faced similar issues? Can you guys help me out if know about this?

Asus's gamer range of devices fall under the ROG moniker. That being said, there's a wide range of laptops with the ROG badge. Which one you do you own? I'm asking for the model and/or it's SKU to help narrow down what you're dealing with.

BIOS version at the time of writing? Where did you source the installer for your OS? Speaking of OS, what OS are you working with?

ROG Strix Scar 17 G732LXS. BIOS.313. Windows 10 Home. Reinstalled this version from Official MS Site but the underglow didn't work even in previous version (Same windows 10 home factory installed). It didn't stop working like after updating something but it stopped working without doing any updates or any changes or whatsoever.
