Question ROG Maximus VI Hero pcie slot problem

Hello! I got ROG Maximus VI Hero motherboard with 2 gpus rtx 3060 (gigabyte gaming oc 3060/asus tuf gaming 3060) , the problem is with the second pcie slot (first it's working ok) that is running at x4 .I left on second slot only 1 gpu but it's running at the same speed (x4) .In motherboard manual it say it should run at x8 speed with 2 gpu .I got lastest bios version 1603.
