Question Rog Ryuo bios drivers messed up fans ?

I recently installed Rog Ryuo bios drivers onto my pc and the majority of the fans excluding the gpu fans are constantly set at one HIGH speed now and no matter what I do I cant change it. I've tried to install programs to limit the fans speed however nothing can adjust the speed of the fans. I just want to know if there is a way to remove the Asus Rog Ryuo bios driver and have my pc quiet again and have the fans work when they need to.

Are you referring to Asus's Armory Crate or the firmware update tool? As far as firmware updates are concerned, you should work your way gradually to the latest. If you're talking about the tool, that should only take care of your ROG AIO. Mind sharing the rest of the specs of your build?

It may have been firmware I am unsure but my specs are. Cpu i7-9700KF Motherboard ASUSTeK Computer INC. ROG STRIX Z390-F Gaming GPU Asus Rog Strix RTX 2080ti And 32 gb of ram I am unsure of what it is called. I am also running windows 10 Home 64 bit and my cooler is Asus Rog Ryuo. But after updating to the latest firmware for it thats when the fans picked up and constantly stay at a high RPM regardless of load or not. I tried downgrading to earlier firmware however it didnt change anything
