i cant get my gpu to go past 1853 mhz core and 12011 memory clock.
ch7 mobo. ryzen 2700x cpu at 4275., antec mercury 360 cpu cooling,corsair 850 psu, 32gb patriot ram at 3200, samsung 970pro 500gb, rog strix 1080 ti with nzxt adaptor and nzxt kraken 62 cooler, temps for cooler according to gpu tweek 2 dont run much over 65c. temp for cpu dont go much past 55c after/during playing battlefield 1, how can i increase the settings or am i

fresh install of windows 10 pro gave me

Solution
You might be stuck since when it comes to overclocking it all comes down to silicone lottery. Unless you are running a really really low power and bad PSU.
