So I recently got a new system that uses the B550-F wi-fi board. Problem is I have no ethernet access because Windows doesn't recognize the Ethernet Controller. Nor can it install it. And when I say it can't install it, I mean it CAN'T install it AT ALL. After spending nearly a full day on this, I can't figure out what's wrong. Essentially, when I go to the board's support page and download the right LAN drivers for the board, the driver install wizard refuses to open. This isn't a problem with the other drivers for the board either. Just the LAN one. The BIOS is up to date as well, so at this point, I'm really not sure what else to do. Can anyone help?
