Question ROG STRIX B560-F system panel header

Hello,

I am tring to change the motherboard of my prebuilt pc. However there's no system panel header cables on the prebuilt pc case.
The old motherboard doesn't have pins for them either, but the new one does.

Would the pc work without it?

Please state the SKU to your Lenovo prebuilt. Very likely that the front panel module/pins aren't compatible with off the shelf motherboards though the image you passed on here;

might want to look towards the lower right hand corner, just above the motherboard standoff hole.
