So my PC just came in earlier today and I noticed that the CPU cooler was very loose..

Looks like shipping was not very kind to your PC.

Either

1. Try to remount it on yourself
2. Contact manufacturer.

I would call the shipper--things like that banging around cause a lot of damage in shipping. 🙁

Never seen anything like that before, I am curious, when you received it in the mail did it come with the packing foam inside the case that you had to remove? I know some OEM builders like Cyberpower put that foam in there to keep the GPU and CPU cooler from moving around.
