rog strix x370-f white-led(by vga) and no signal to monitor

So this is my first PC build and im stuck on a problem when i started up the pc the Q-led on the upper right goes from orange,red and then stays on a constant white and there is no display to my monitor. When i check the motherboards manual it seem to be a Vga problem I was hoping someone knows whats wrong.Here is a list of parts for my pc https://pcpartpicker.com/list/cJ8n4q

Same issue.. Any resolution. My setup ranfor 1 week then died!
