Hi i recently build my new gaming PC with these following components:
Motherboard: Asus ROG Strix 370 F Gaming
CPU : Amd Ryzen 7 2700x
GPU : Msi Geforce GTX 1660 TI Gaming X
Ram : Corsair Venegence RGB 3000Mhz 16GB
PSU : Corsair Rmx 750W
HDD 1 : Samsung 960 Evo
HDD 2: WD Blue 2TB
Windows 10 Pro
Before i had an Old graphic card 730gt so i never Player any games soon as i update the GPU i start playing all the New games like battlefield 5, Forza 4 etc all the games been crushing after about 30min of playing, the issue seems to be gone now however
I contacted the ASUS regarding the issue and been told to update the Bios, i can see the they relased the New bios on 11.03.2019 with this description
'' OG STRIX X370-F GAMING BIOS 4406
Update AGESA 0070 for the upcoming processors and improve some CPU compatibility.
ASUS strongly recommends that you update AMD chipset driver 18.50.16 or later before updating BIOS.''
Is it worth doing the update? Is this not going to lower my pc performance?
My current bios is 3808.

Don't go to that latest BIOS, it seems to be for next gen Ryzen but judging by my experience with latest BIOS you better update to 4207. You should still update chipset driver though.
With newest BIOS, PBO don't seem to be working right or not at all keeping boost frequency way down.

How do i update the chipset driver i tried once and it told me '' device not found ''
And is there any improvement in system stability and performance from 3808 to 4207?
