Question ROG-STRIX-Z390-F-GAMING Chipset upgrade

So, as the title implies, I am wondering what the differences among the many chipsets drivers are.
I installed a windows 10 x64 version.
The drivers is found here:

The problem I am having is that they are so strange in size that I am wondering if I need a pair?
Do i need several of the below?
For examble the 1952.14.0.1470 and 10.1.18295.8201?
Is 10.1.18019.8144 included in 10.1.18295.8201?
