[SOLVED] Rog strix z590-e pci-e 3.0

Hello, im currently running asus rog strix z590-e motherboard with i7 11700k, bios version 1007, standard settings. It is shown in cpu-z and gpu-z that im running on pci-e 3.0 x16 mode instead of 4.0, and i have only one graphics card and two sata ssds, m.2 slots are empty. What should i change in bios settings to run at pci 4.0 x16 mode? and second question, i have 3600mhz ram, and its running on 2400mhz mode by default, so i have to turn on the xmp profile of 3600mhz mode in bios? https://imagizer.imageshack.com/img923/4518/8ICSjW.jpg

PCIE slot: If you install a pcie3 card into the slot it will drop to pcie3. I think this is what you have done.
Ram: Yes, enable XMP
