Question Rog x470-f vs msi x570 mpg

I recently picked up an msi mpg x570 board with an R5 3600. Should I keep my current board, an Asus rog strix x470, or swap them? Its paired with an m.2 ssd intel 665p, gtx 1080, 2x16gb ddr4 at 3200mghz.

I'd stick to the latest and greatest...being the X570 board.

Another question then. Do I use the larger stock 2600x cooler or the cooler that came with the 3600?

Another. Can I get away with only 2x4 to run the 3600 or do I need the extra 2x2?
