To begin, I use my laptop as a second PC purely for streaming purposes. At the time of the issue, I was running Streamlabs OBS, Spotify, and the GoXLR App. The laptop was plugged in, and it was pretty hot but nothing out of the ordinary. While I was streaming red lines suddenly appeared on my screen, but the computer still worked, and the stream did not stop. When I moved the laptop screen, the red lines would go away intermittently, and I could operate my computer for a short period of time until the lines would faded back onto the screen. During the issue I could still faintly see the lines on the screen even when I could operate the display. I eventually stopped streaming and restarted my computer which fixed the issue, but I am worried it will come back. Any insight with this problem would be greatly appreciated!

Here is a link to a video I made of the Issue discussed above:

Let's be honest here. If it is "ordinarily" "hot", then that is probably, most likely, and almost certainly, the problem. You can't just continue to run your device when it's "pretty hot", depending on what you mean by that, continuously and not expect thermal damage of some kind to occur. That could even mean just a cable break, because a display cable (Which is just a very thin "ribbon" on laptops) that is extremely hot is very likely to be more prone to bending damage than one that is not. That behavior in your video tells me that it's likely there is a connector not fully plugged in or damage to the ribbon cable, most likely.
