[SOLVED] Roku Ultra LT - Will a micro SD card help apps load faster?

I have a Roku Ultra LT wired via Ethernet cable with the following apps installed: Netflix / HBO Max / Amazon Prime. I would like the apps to load quicker and I was wondering if purchasing and installing a Micro SD card would boost the speed, and if so, by how much?

Solution
An SD card would help if you can preload movies on it, and watch them later on without (too much) Internet access.

Otherwise - SD cards are (usually) slower than built-in flash memory, so even if SD card could be used for OS-related tasks (some Android devices allow for that), it will most probably slow the things down.

Unlikely it would be much different either way.
I expect most of the time is spent in back and forth with the internet services.

But, a microSD is trivially inexpensive.
try it, see what happens.

Personally, just my opinion, but been a roku user for years. We did use a roku premiere, which is good, but was helping set up a fire stick for my in laws, felt like it had a slightly better picture. So on our main screen that’s what we use. But if you have a top of the line roku you can try it but you may be having more happening due to internet signal/speed.
