Rollover Minutes

Just switched to Cingular and have a question about rollover minutes.
Cingular states that rollover minutes expire after 12 months - what
exactly does that mean?

1. All rollover minutes are gone after 12 months and the rollover plan
starts again from scratch.

OR

2. Only the last 12 months of rollover minutes are kept (i.e. the
initial months start dropping off as new months come in).

Thanks,
Harvey

2 is correct. Rollover minutes from current month only will expire in 12
months. -Dave

Thanks. When I dug up old posts on this (GOOGLE), there was no clear cut
answer (a lot of ambiguity) ranging from all expired in 12 months with
no replacement in ensuing months to continual replacement with only the
previous 12 months counting (#2 option in my original post). This
actually makes for a decent plan.

Thanks,
Harvey

Exactly, month 13, the minutes (if any) from month 1 drop off. You basically
have your last 12 months (or "X" months if less than 12) all the time - unless
of course you use them.

What about in month 3 ??

Is one using Month 1's rollover first, or month 2's ?

Oldest R/O minutes get used first. So, if you have 1 month old, 5 month old
and 7 month old minutes in your R/O account, the 7 month old minutes get
used first. (Month 1's first, month 2 second, month 3 third etc)
