ROM IMAGE Update Denied / EFI_NOT_FOUND! updated and now my pc wont boot

I started receiving this error when i turn on my pc
ROM IMAGE Update Denied / EFI_NOT_FOUND!
usually I just press esc and then enter and then it will start windows normally.
this has been going on for weeks and i just ignored it
but when I tried it today I saw a different option.
Being stupid and curious, i tried to click that new option which says ">PROCEED WITH FLASH UPDATE"

then it gave me the "flash update completed, press enter key to reset" so I did. display went off but never went back on. so i pressed the power button for 5secs to do force shut down.

until now my pc still wont boot. when i press power button the fans turn on and hdd light will blink but there is no display on my monitor. I already tried clearing CMOS using battery and shorting but it still wont display anything.
I didn't try reseating my ram or anything else because I just got it back from the repair shop and im pretty sure everything is plugged snugly.

can someone help me?
tell me what happened or if I had bricked my motherboard 🙁

i didn't bring it there for this reason so they really didn't know that this was going on.
i'll probably just bring it back there tomorrow. 🙁
