Romove Raid 0 configuration

My Alienware laptop came with 2-250 gb ssd hard drives configured in Raid 0. I have made a backup image using windows, fyi I am running Win7. Can I remove the Raid configuration and restore my system image to one of the 250gb ssd drives?

The issue is I do have a Win7 install disk but it's not the one that came with the computer (in-fact the computer came with no disks or a restore partition).

The windows 7 install disk is from a Dell mobile workstation, but whenever I wanted to format and reinstall in never asked me for the product key (which was wonderful because it didn't come with one). It would just install Win7, which would then be activated. I assumed the product key was in the bios because it never asked me for one.
