It's worth thinking about future needs. If this CPU won't be overclocked for a good long time, or maybe never, then a basic heatsink/fan would be enough. It would be inexpensive. However, such a cooler would not be suitable for overclocking, so if overclocking was going to be done then a new cooler would need to be bought.
OR an overclocking capable cooler could be bought from the start. The downside there is it'll cost more, which will turn out to be a waste of money if overclocking never happens.
