Wanted to build a system that could do decent amount of editing with premiere and sony vegas.

Wanted to first do 800 budget, but decided 1,000 would be more worth it.

After reading up and asking around, I can up with this build

CPU: AMD FD8350FRHKBOX FX-8350

Mother: ASUS SABERTOOTH 990FX R2.0

GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 750 2GB FTW

RAM: Kingston HyperX FURY 16GB

GPU fan: Cooler Master Seidon 120M

Power: Rosewill 750W ATX12V

HardDrive: WD Green 2TB Desktop Hard Drive

SSD: Kingston Digital 120GB SSDNow

Case: AeroCool MicroATX and Mini-ITX

Would LOVE comments and feedback, and it would be so appreciated.

Thanks,

Lucas

If you're seriously not going to game, here are some revisions. This is super high quality. 550w is overkill, but I don't see any reason to pay MORE for less power.

There's a good build ( the mobo idk about so I'd ask someone but I think it's good so many to remember) the rest of the build I made is solid imo you could get a smaller PSU but I like having excess power. Please anyone tell me if there's something wrong with the build I'm not the best at it so I'm happy to be corrected on my mistakes

Also I left u 100$ in case u wanted a ssd I figured some people have to have them others don't care that much. So it's up to you on that note. I like ssd if I can fit them in my budget otherwise I'd rather spend the cost on a GPU and get the ssd later

Thanks kindly for the answers so far.

This is just for editing Outlander_04

Thanks for building a mock up. Looks like you realllllly want to touch base mostly on the RAM, GPU,CPU.

Cturbo ill probably construct mine around that. The GPU cards fan is well enough?

Thanks Cturbo, would I be silly to get the first card you mention if I was willing to spend and extra few bucks? or are the extra perks on that Saphire not really going to come into play?

Sapphire makes excellent video cards. Their cooling system is top notch and their cards are super quiet. It's a much more powerful card. Not a bad choice. I also switched to the e3-1246v3 because it has an igpu which could prove to be useful for you.
